Is that a Previa?
Now the badges say Estima, but it looks like a Previa which up to this point thought was one of the most ugly Toyotas ever made. But wait whats this, this thing is cool. There is a big trend in Japan for tricking out wans much like we had in the 70's. If you go back to my post from last December you can check some out.
But I wish that more where done here I have been wanting to do a "space van" like this for some time but finding one good for the project at the right price has been alluding me. one day ill have it parked next to this beauty to my wive's horror (is terrified of being a van mom). But in all fairness if we had one I don't think i would ever give her a chance to drive it. :)

Working
Wow I have been a busy boy. I started my job running a 30 tool Cnc mill. Very messy, I have not come home even close to clean once this week. I am making volleys for jet engines. Huge parts. Hopefully a new car will be in the future soon also. Its been so long. The Camry needs some tlc we have been running her ragged. Things are going well for the first time in almost a year. Here's to the future.

Jewel in the Crown
This old crown was getting a lot of attention (the owner was loving it) as it should. One you don't see many crowns around, and B you don't see many cars with oil coolers on the front. but I can't fault the guy its seems to me; and it is just one mans opinion that he did all the right things in all the right places. So if I wore a hat I would have to take it off to him. Nice looking Crown Sir.

New Job
I finally graduated form the machinist program at The National
Tooling and machining Association program last Friday. It was a long but quick
program in which I had a ton of information dumped on me. So for the last week I
have been looking for a job in the field. I just got a call to day that a
company in Temecula Ca has offered me a job to start Monday. It will most likely
be a machinist helper position to start out to transition into CNC
operator on the second shift. So out of the frying pan and in to the fire. We will
see if I actually learned any thing in the last seven months.

Old sKool Cressida
I really liked this Cressida, it made me wish I still had my 90 although it was no where as cool as this one. I especially like the hot rod emblem on the grill. Every thing down to the deep dish rims prove that you don't have to be flashy to be cool.
JCCS 2012
Its that time of year again, time for the jccs Japanese classic Car Show. Now I just have to see if I will be able to make it. The timing is great to because I have run out of pictures from Toyota Fest. The show will held of course at the Queen Mary in Long Beach CA on September 15 2012. This is a really great place to have a car show I have been to a few there in the past; it beutiful. Looking for ward it and hope to see you there.
