Classes: Conventional lathe: Drilling, tapping, threading, boring, tapers, grooving, turning, chamfering, and using dial indicator on four jaw chuck. Milling machine: machining some angular cuts, slots, counter boring, taping, countersinking, and drilling. Basic CNC Haas vertical machine and horizontal lathe: Basic G code and M code programming and setup. Basic blue print reading, layout work, plan and prepare cutting. Calculating right triangles, reading geometric figures, height gauge, Vernier calipers, micrometer, gauge blocks, drill and tap chart, depth micrometer and off hand grinding.
